Tailgating Recipes | Bleu Cheese Greek Yogurt Dip

If you love bleu cheese, like I do. You will love this healthier take on a delicious dip that is perfect for any tailgate.

Greek yogurt is thick, tangy, and delicious. This may lead you to think it cannot possibly be healthier than regular yogurt. In fact, it has less calories, carbs, and sodium but more protein. This is due to the straining process, which removes most of the whey. It has the consistency of sour cream without all the fat.

The bleu cheese in this tailgating dip is a great source of protein and contains beneficial amounts of magnesium for strong bones and vitamin B12 for a better functioning nervous system.
