Black Bean and Pineapple Salsa
This salsa is a unique spin on the traditional condiment. The sweetness of the pineapple balances out the spiciness of the jalapeno to create a mouthful of flavor.
Not only is this salsa delicious, it’s healthy too! Black beans promote a healthy bone structure with their rich levels of iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper and zinc. Pineapples are rich in vitamin C, which promotes a healthy immune system. So, give this a try on your next Taco Tuesday and let us know what you think.
