Broccoli Salad with Blueberries and Walnuts

2 heads of broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces (about 4 cups)
4.5 oz. fresh blueberries
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup red onions, finely diced
1/2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup plain whole milk yogurt
Zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. kosher salt

Broccoli Salad with Blueberries and Walnuts

1. Place prepared broccoli in large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, honey, and salt.
3. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and stir well to coat all of the broccoli with dressing.
4. Add the blueberries, walnuts, dried cranberries, red onion, cheese and sunflower seeds. Toss everything together and enjoy.
