Italian-inspired Tortilla Pizza

This pizza uses familiar Italian flavors – sauce, prosciutto, sliced mozzarella and arugula top this delicious and easy meal.

Ingredients
  • 4 tortillas

  • 34 cup low-sodium pasta sauce

  • 16 slices prosciutto

  • 6 ounce mozzarella log, sliced

  • 12 cup arugula leaves

Instructions
  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 

  • Step 2

    Spray tortillas with spray oil and place in oven for 7 minutes until crispy. 

  • Step 3

    Top each tortilla with the desired amount of pasta sauce, then spread mozzarella slices throughout pizza. 

  • Step 4

    Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Then add prosciutto slices (4 per pizza) and arugula leaves. Enjoy!
