Midnight Mocktail Espresso Martini
Awaken your inner night owl with this midnight mocktail to help you stay up until midnight!
This recipe only calls for 4 ingredients, all of which can likely already be found in your kitchen: espresso, oat milk, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. This mocktail espresso martini offers a caffeine kick and the same aesthetic of the classic drink while being healthier and alcohol free.
Serving Amount
  • 4 shot espresso

  • 3 cup oat milk

  • 4 tsp brown sugar

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

  • Step 1

Extract espresso over brown sugar to allow sugar to melt into espresso.

  • Step 2

Pour milk over the mixture to slowly bring it down in temperature.

  • Step 3

Pour milk/espresso/sugar mixture into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to get a nice foam.

  • Step 4

Pour into martini or coupe glass. Dust with cocoa powder.
