How to Make a Mocktail Espresso Martini

Midnight Mocktail Espresso Martini
Awaken your inner night owl with this midnight mocktail to help you stay up until midnight!
This recipe only calls for 4 ingredients, all of which can likely already be found in your kitchen: espresso, oat milk, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. This mocktail espresso martini offers a caffeine kick and the same aesthetic of the classic drink while being healthier and alcohol free.
Serving Amount
Ingredients
  • 4 shot espresso

  • 3 cup oat milk

  • 4 tsp brown sugar

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
  • Step 1

    Extract espresso over brown sugar to allow sugar to melt into espresso.   

  • Step 2

    Pour milk over the mixture to slowly bring it down in temperature.   

  • Step 3

    Pour milk/espresso/sugar mixture into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to get a nice foam.   

  • Step 4

    Pour into martini or coupe glass. Dust with cocoa powder.
