Crispy and Creamy Vegan Hummus Pinwheels
Serving Amount
Ingredients
  • 45 10-inch whole wheat wraps

  • 415 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and trimmed

  • 415 cup garlic hummus

  • 215 cup sundried tomatoes

  • 815 sprigs green onion, finely chopped

  • 4 toothpicks

Instructions
  • Step 1

Place wrap on a plate or cutting board, then line with a layer of whole romaine lettuce leaves. As long as the romaine is dry, this layer will ensure the wrap doesn’t get soggy from the hummus.

  • Step 2

Spread ¼ cup hummus in the middle of the wrap on top of the romaine, followed by a line of sundried tomatoes and green onions.

  • Step 3

Roll the wrap up, then cut into 5 pieces or to desired thickness.

  • Step 4

Secure pinwheels with toothpicks if desired but remind your guests they’re in the pinwheels.
