Carrot cake energy bite ingredients


2 cups quick oats
2 cups shredded carrots
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup dates
1 cup walnuts
2/3 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
2 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
1 Tbsp. honey
Optional to roll finished energy bite in shredded coconut, shredded carrots or ground walnuts

Carrot Cake Energy Bites

1. Put all ingredients in food processor.
2. Process until well blended and fully combined.
3. Roll into about 20 balls. Option to roll finished ball into shredded coconut, shredded carrots or ground walnuts. Enjoy!

Note: Store in sealed container for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
