Bell Pepper Chicks with Veggies & Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
This visual, fun recipe is something the kids can help pull together for your next family gathering.
Ranch and other traditional vegetable dips tend to have a heavy base such as sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, etc. This homemade dip mimics the texture and zesty flavor without the added fat and calories.
The Greek yogurt is a probiotic that is good for our gut and offers protein, vitamins (B6, B12) and potassium.
This dip pairs well with a variety of veggies—choose your family favorites and enjoy it as a healthy snack or meal starter.
