Herbed Goat Cheese Log

This no-cook centerpiece looks like it came from a gourmet cheese shop but takes under 15 minutes to make.
The creamy tang of goat cheese paired with strawberries, honey and a bit of pistachio crunch create a perfectly balanced bite. Serve with sliced veggies, crackers or crostini. Customize the coating based on what you have — think dried cranberries, edible flowers or even a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.

Ingredients
10 oz soft goat cheese (chèvre)
2 strawberries, thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup salted pistachios, finely chopped
1 tsp. honey
Instructions

Step 1
Place thinly sliced strawberries on the goat cheese log, pressing to allow to stick. Roll in chopped pistachio so the cheese gets evenly coated. Drizzle with honey.

Step 2
Chill for 20-30 minutes to set if possible. This step is not required. Serve with desired accompaniments.
