Grilled Watermelon and Pineapple Skewers

This easy and visually appealing dessert uses cubes of watermelon and pineapple. After several minutes on the grill, top it off with a balsamic reduction and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a taste of summer.

Cooking Difficulty:


Serving Amount
  • 1 pineapple

  • 12 watermelon

  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic reduction per serving

  • 14 cup vanilla ice cream (optional)

  • Step 1

    Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes or overnight in water.

  • Step 2

    Cut pineapple and watermelon into 1-inch cubes.

  • Step 3

    Spray fruit and grill with spray oil.

  • Step 4

    Grill for 2-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.

  • Step 5
