Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon or citrus of choice (about 4 Tbsp. juice and 3 tsp. zest)
1 clove garlic, finely minced OR 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh minced oregano OR 2 tsp. dried oregano

Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe

1. Put all ingredients in tightly sealed container. I usually use a mason jar. Shake vigorously until well blended.
2. Refrigerate for a half hour before serving. Enjoy on your favorite salad or as a marinade.
