Cranberry and Pear Spritzer

Tired of unhealthy beverages that seem to be everywhere during holiday festivities? Here’s a tasty and healthy alternative that provides good nutrition, antioxidants and probiotics.

This spritzer’s main ingredient is kombucha – a fermented tea rich in beneficial probiotics. The healthy beverage is also packed with antioxidants and can kill harmful bacteria.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. kombucha of choice, (make sure to check the sugar content; 4-6 teaspoons is the recommended maximum daily intake)
  • 1 cup cranberries, cut in half
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 4 fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish, optional)

Cranberry and Pear Spritzer

Instructions
1. Pour the kombucha into four glasses.
2. Divide the cranberries and pear slices between the glasses and garnish each one with a rosemary sprig. Cheers!
