This is an easy dish that can be served as an appetizer or a simple snack to replace traditional chicken wings.
Cauliflower absorbs any flavor that it is paired with, making this dish a little spicier. One serving of cauliflower contains 77 percent of the recommended daily value of vitamin C. Cauliflower, in season from August through October, can be found at farmers markets across the state of Michigan.
