We are very well advanced these days in regards to the quality of our food. It’s safe to say we’ve come a long way from having to salt everything in the attempts to keep it from spoiling.

- Always make sure that raw meats don’t touch anything else. Raw meat is a perfect breeding ground for things you just don’t want to ingest.
- A very simple and sometimes overlooked step, wash your produce thoroughly! You’d be surprised how much good a little hot water and a little vinegar will do.
