This smoothie contains a chockful of anti-inflammatory ingredients from almond butter, cocoa powder, kale and berries. It’s packed in healthy fats, fiber and goodness.

Serving Amount
  • 114 cup milk of choice

  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 Tbsp. honey

  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1 handful kale

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
