#MIKidsCan Train Like an All-Star Challenge Week 3

Earlier this month, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan called on kids to lace up their cleats and “Train like an All-Star” with its latest #MIKidsCan challenge, in alignment with the Detroit Tigers spring training. Now through March 31, kids across the state can pledge to Train like an All-Star for a chance to earn one of six spots on the Blue Cross All-Star Team at Tigers Kids’ Opening Day on Sunday, April 19.
As we head into week three, 1,162 Michigan kids have taken the pledge and are rounding third base.
Week 3 – Throw Like a Star!
In week three, kids are challenged to complete 10 push-ups per day. Muscle-strengthening activities, including push-ups and lifting weights, make muscles stronger.
