Three Healthy Recipes Featuring Peaches to Try

August is here and that means juicy and perfectly sweet peaches in Michigan. This fuzzy stone fruit can be found in cobblers and other sweets, but by itself it offers a few health benefits. One peach provides 17% of the daily value of vitamin C and 10% of the daily value of vitamin A as well as a bit of potassium, niacin and copper. Along with some vitamins and minerals, peaches are rich in antioxidants to help protect cells and fight against free radicals.
