Here’s how to make a Mocktail Espresso Martini.

This recipe includes oat milk and brown sugar to offer a caffeine kick without the alcohol. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 shot espresso   
  • ¾ cup oat milk 
  • 1 tsp brown sugar  
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting  

Instructions

  1. Extract espresso over brown sugar to allow sugar to melt into espresso.   
  2. Pour milk over the mixture to slowly bring it down in temperature.   
  3. Pour milk/espresso/sugar mixture into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to get a nice foam.   
  4. Pour into martini or coupe glass. Dust with cocoa powder.
