Sugar scrub

Ingredients

This homemade sugar scrub is a great natural moisturizer and exfoliant. Sugar may not be good for your body, but it has amazing benefits when applied to skin. Here’s what you need:

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Vanilla Coconut Sugar Body Scrub

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Rub on skin in shower, massage and rinse for a super-moisturizing experience.

Ingredients

Healthy fats in avocados are great for moisturizing your skin. Antioxidant vitamins C and E fight free radicals that damage skin and can protect skin against UV damage from the sun. Here’s how to make this amazing mask.

  • ¼ cup Ripened Avocado
  • ¼ cup Plain Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • Cucumber Slices – just a couple slices for eyes

Moisturizing Avocado Face Mask

Instructions
Mix ripened avocado, plain yogurt and honey in a bowl until it turns into a uniform paste. Apply to face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Place cucumber slices over your eyes for extra relaxation. Enjoy!
