Dodge your way to a fun workout

Sometimes working out can be a pain and a hassle but it doesn’t have to be. Last week I played dodge ball with some co-workers and got one of the best workouts of my life and reached over 12,000 steps on my pedometer, my personal best.

Dodge ball is a great aerobic exercise and is just plain fun. When working toward a healthy lifestyle, I’ve found that you can’t make it a chore and make sure to add some fun into your daily workout routine.
