Joyful, holiday music is everywhere right now: on the radio, in stores, at neighborhood restaurants. Why not also listen to it during your workout? Songs like Mariah Carey’s, “All I Want for Christmas is You” is a perfect choice if you’re hitting the treadmill or elliptical, but it might be a little too upbeat for slower-paced workouts like Bikram yoga, ballet barre or Pilates. That’s why we’ve compiled some of our favorite instrumental holiday songs for you to add to your playlist. Get them on iTunes and go Om for the holidays.
Away in a Manager – Mannheim Steamroller
Silent Night – Boyz II Men
A Charlie Brown Christmas – Vince Guaraldi Trio
Christmas Waltz – Oscar Peterson
Sleigh Ride – Duke Pearson
Last Christmas – Piano & Orchestra Version Arranged by Antonino Imanuel
