A burpee is an easy exercise and can be done in almost any location because it involves no workout equipment and only requires a small amount of space. Burpees workout your entire body and are great for building strength and burning calories.
In order to teach you how to do a burpee, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Grace Derocha, explains benefits and proper technique, with help from BCBSM employee Kyle Hall.
Burpees can be added almost any workout and are also great for conditioning.
