Orzo Salad
This recipe combines some of fall’s best produce to make a yummy pasta salad that can be eaten as a main meal or side dish.
Apples can reduce cholesterol and constipation symptoms and are high in anti-inflammatory compounds. Cranberries only have 2 mg of sodium, 24 mg of potassium and 5 mg of phosphorus. All-in-all this dish only has 289 calories per serving.
