Sangria mocktail
Sangria is a drink that originated in Spain, traditionally made up of fruit juices, sparkling water and a blend of fruit soaked in wine. This sangria-inspired antioxidant-packed drink is a great way to enjoy the flavors of the classic drink, sans the alcohol.
Serving Amount
Ingredients
  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 1 medium apple, sliced

  • 2 cup cranberry juice, no sugar added

  • 2 cup grape juice

  • 1 cup 100% orange juice

  • 4 cup sparkling water, plain or lime-flavored

  • Sparkling water

Instructions
  • Step 1

    In a large pitcher, add lemon, orange and apple slices. Add juices and stir well. Allow to soak for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Step 2

    Refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Step 3

    Right before serving, add sparkling water and mix well. Serve with ice if desired. Serve within 48 hours.
