How Much Water Do You Need?

I knew some benefits of drinking water but when you read the list in this article, it reminds me of how important to drink water before you feel dehydrated. “Water is an energy booster”? hmm, I better stop drinking Red Bulls.

Yes, water is very important to our health. I drink a glass of water when I wake up in the morning and drink half glass of water before each meal. I don’t drink other alternatives, like tea or beverages.
Can you drink too much? Sometimes the more I drink, the more thirsty I am. I’m a 73-year-old woman.
