Overnight Oats with Raspberry Chia Jam

Overnight oats may just be the solution to the time issue. The best part about it? You can prepare it the night before and enjoy it on-the-go.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. water
Raspberry Chia Jam
Instructions
1. Combine raspberries, honey and water in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
2. Cook and stir until raspberries are syrupy, about 5-8 minutes.
3. Take off heat and stir in chia seeds.
4. Cool down before storing in a container in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- pinch of salt
- 4 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oat milk or desired milk
Overnight Oats
Instructions
1. Combine oats, salt, chia seeds, honey, Greek yogurt and oat milk and stir.
2. Pour mixture into a glass jar or container and place in fridge for four hours or overnight.
3. Top with raspberry chia jam and serve.

Do you cook oatmeal or just use rolled oats uncooked?
Hi Linda, You use uncooked oats and combine with chia seeds, almond milk and honey, stir thoroughly and place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Hope this helps! Best, Taylar
