Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders
This recipe is simple and the perfect way to get comfortable with your air fryer. Air fryers have surged in popularity recently because they are a healthier alternative to deep frying, which means fewer calories. In addition to the air fryer being a healthy alternative, chicken is also a lean source of protein. Protein is essential for every cell in the human body. We can’t function without it.
Not only is this dish good for you, but it has a unique blend of flavors to please your taste buds. The chicken itself has a savory taste while the sauce adds a little bit of sweetness so you can get the best of both worlds.
