Ingredients
Lime Sherbet, softened
Fruity Pebbles cereal
Popsicle mold & Popsicle sticks
Lime Sherbet Rainbow Pebbles Popsicles
Instructions
1. Mix a small amount of cereal and lime sherbet together. Spoon mixture into popsicle molds.
2. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup plain (2 percent) Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 small kiwis, peeled and chopped
1 large banana, peeled and cut into slices
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (no sugar added), drained
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
2 tsp. pure maple syrup
St. Patrick's Day Chia Seed Pudding
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, gently whisk the almond milk, yogurt, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, the vanilla extract and the 1/8 teaspoon of salt until just blended.
2. Whisk in the chia seeds; let stand 30 minutes.
3. Stir to distribute the seeds if they have settled.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Top pudding with kiwi, banana, mandarin oranges and almonds.
6. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Spinach Tortilla Wraps
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Shamrock Tortilla Chips
Instructions
1. Use a shamrock cookie cutter to cut out mini "shamrocks" in the tortillas.
2. Spritz with olive oil and sea salt.
3. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes (until crispy but not "browned").
4. Pair with your favorite healthy dips and enjoy!

Ingredients
2 cups diced strawberries
2 cups mandarin oranges
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 cups diced kiwi
2 cups blueberries
2 cups purple grapes
1½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
¾ cup powdered sugar
Rainbow Fruit Salad Parfaits
Instructions
1. Put each fruit into a separate bowl.
2. Add ¼ teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to each bowl of fruit. Mix until the powdered sugar is dissolved.
3. Evenly distribute the fruit into clear glasses, starting with the grapes, then the blueberries, the kiwi, the pineapple, the mandarin oranges, and ending with the strawberries.
4. Enjoy!
