Winter Fruit Salad
Eating a variety of citrus fruits throughout the winter months provides a healthy dose of nutrition. The blood oranges provide vitamin C, fiber and an eye-pleasing pop of color. Grapefruit provides vitamin C and also contains vitamin A and many antioxidants.
Overall, citrus fruits contain fiber, which helps to keep hunger at bay. This will help prevent you from reaching into the fridge for a late-night snack.
