5 Easy Ways to Feel Gratitude
It’s never too early to adopt an attitude of gratitude. Showing appreciation can help you live a more conscious and fulfilling life. With Thanksgiving approaching, it’s the perfect time to look inward and count your blessings.

- Gratitude Letter – Writing a letter is an old-fashioned and sentimental way to show appreciation. Use it to express gratitude toward someone who has positively impacted your life. Explain how and why their actions matter. Be direct and keep it honest. This type of recognition is mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
- Gratitude Jar – Each day, write a note explaining one thing you’re grateful for. It doesn’t matter how big or small. Place it in a jar and watch as it fills with blessings. As time passes, a gratitude jar becomes a visual reminder of how the good will always outweigh the bad.
- Gratitude Tree – Creating a gratitude tree is an engaging activity the whole family can enjoy.
