A Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Fall is here and that means pumpkin spice, well, everything.

Coffee or espresso on its own has no calories and contains antioxidants. But the popular pumpkin spice latte drinks available at most chain restaurants can come packed with sugar and cream that add unnecessary fat and calories. Not to mention, most of these drinks only contain pumpkin spices, not actual pumpkin.

For a healthier way to enjoy the flavors of fall, try our version of a healthier pumpkin spice latte below.

  1. Any way you can post the nutritional value of this healthy drink? I’m diabetic and love pumpkin lattes. This seems like a better option for me sugar and carb wise.
    Thank you!
