Chicken Pot Pie
The temptation to indulge in comfort foods that tend to be carb-heavy, sugary, salty and/or fatty is hard to resist. However, enjoying comfort foods doesn’t have to mean making unhealthy choices. With just a few substitutions or modifications, you can eat a delicious meal with good nutrition.
This chicken pot pie recipe is a lighter, better-for-you version of a favorite comfort food that is every bit as delicious and satisfying as a traditional recipe. The taste and texture is the same, but comes in the form of soup rather than pie.
