Baked Avocado Fries with Homemade Spicy Ranch Dip
In the United States, the number one eaten vegetable is the potato in French fry form. These avocado fries are a healthy, quick and easy alternative to fries. Avocado is a heart-healthy, plant-based fat that offers omega-3 fatty acids.
This tasty and guilt-free ranch dip can be made in just a couple minutes, and is great to use for many other recipes. The non-fat Greek yogurt is packed with nutrients providing energy and protein. People who have lactose intolerance may find that Greek yogurt is easier to digest because of the natural probiotics found in yogurt.
