Lemon Oregano Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken

  • 5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs or combination
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. seasoned salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter, soft or melted
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced

Lemon Oregano Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken

1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
2. Place chicken in the bottom of slow cooker. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and oregano.
3. Stir butter, chicken broth, lemon juice, and garlic into small bowl. Pour over chicken in slow cooker.
4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Garnish with parsley. May serve with brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat pasta or alone. Serve hot. Enjoy!
