Celebrate Winter at the Plymouth Ice Festival

It may be cold out there, but instead of fighting it, embrace it! Head over to the Plymouth Ice Festival Friday, Jan. 10, through Sunday, Jan. 12, at Kellogg Park in downtown Plymouth. Blue Care Network is a sponsor of the event, which showcases incredible ice carvings, a dueling chainsaw competition (two ice sculptors going head-to-head), live entertainment, hot chocolate booths and lots of other family fun. Make sure to swing by the Blue Care Network of Michigan Cross Country Zone, where kids can learn how to ski cross-country from the pros!

While you’re in Plymouth for the festival, check out some of the other attractions in town. Catch a movie at the historic Penn Theatre, grab a sweet at the Alpine Chocolat Haus, take a yoga class at Balance Yoga Therapy or duck into one of the many great shops downtown. The festival runs from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Share a photo of you visiting us at the Cross Country Zone or one of your favorite ice sculpture on Instagram or Twitter using #BCNPlymouthIce for the chance to be featured on Blue Care Network’s Facebook page.
