Do this Exercise to Make Fat Fly Away

Summer is right around the corner and if you want to tone up for bathing suit season, now is a good time to start. Want to do an exercise that tones multiple muscle groups and burns more calories, and in less time?

Work Those Muscles


There are many muscle toning exercises that work more than one major muscle at once. Using more than one muscle at one time burns more calories because your muscles have to coordinate and work together, making the body more efficient.

This Fly Away move is one of my favorite exercises that tones your shoulders, back, booty and abs–all at once.

If you don’t have dumbbells, you can use a resistance band or two cans of soup. Also, you don’t necessarily need an exercise step to get results with this move.

Cardio is Crucial

Cardio is a necessary way to tone up because it burns extra calories and fat. Incorporating cardio most days of the week is vital. Check out these guidelines for exercise.
