Get Fit From a Donkey Kick

Donkey KickThe Donkey Kick is one of my favorite ways to tone my back side. The name of this exercise may sound a little strange, but the results are real.

Who doesn’t want a toned derriere, booty, rump, and/or gluteus maximums? Whatever you call your backside, this Donkey Kick exercise is a great way to literally get your butt in shape.

Start with 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions for 3 days a week.

Our bodies constantly need a challenge so they are the most efficient and burn the most calories. Once this exercise gets easy for you, move on and choose a new way to tone your backside.
