Avoid Dehydration by Eating Your Water
It may seem hard to beat the heat and fight off dehydration, especially during summer, but drinking a ton of water is not the only way to stay properly hydrated. Eating the right foods that are high in water content can help avoid dehydration. In fact, foods such as celery, watermelon, berries and many other fruits and vegetables are made up of more than 90 percent water.
Look out for signs of dehydration such as dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth, and less-frequent urination when the temperature rises. Carrying around a water bottle 24/7 can get old and boring, but incorporating yummy, hydrating dishes and drinks can help you to never have to think about being dehydrated.
