About Carly Getz

My #HealthyMe is to take control of my health. Genetics are never the only piece of the puzzle, and I can't keep using them as my scapegoat. This year, I will work towards being an active patient, taking ownership of the top factors I can control – oral health habits, exercise, nutrition and stress.
