Breast cancer awareness events in Grand Rapids

5058273837_fe428b9e63October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and there are a number of different organizations that put together events, educational resources, and advocacy for breast cancer awareness. In Grand Rapids, the Susan G. Komen West Michigan, Van Andel Institute, and the American Cancer Society host events throughout the community to reach survivors, family members, and friends.

 

Support the cause by attending some of the below events, or by finding your own! The events include formal galas, bra decorating, survivor pampering, silent auctions, fitness activities, and much more.
