Located in Northville, at Beck and 8 Mile Road, Maybury State Park is a great place if you’re looking for a variety of trails. The park has miles of hiking, biking, equestrian, and cross country skiing trails. Many of the hiking trails are laid with a wood chip foundation and are through dense, shady woods.

The miles of biking trials the park provides are designed for any type of rider. Whether you are looking for a challenging rugged mountain trail, or just a leisurely ride through the park, Maybury offers both types of paths.
According to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) website, the park boasts five trails in total. The cross country skiing trail which (season permitting) has over 15 miles of trail with varying difficulty, an 11-mile equestrian trail for horse riding (click here for details), six miles worth of hiking trails, and a four-mile paved bicycle/hiking path.
