Body and Soul and the Blues Community Challenge: Healthy meal planning and shopping list creation

In the last three installments of our video series with Meijer, we have learned about the NuVal system, reading food labels, and stocking a healthy pantry. Now it’s time to put that advice from the first three videos to use in understanding healthy meal planning and creating a shopping list.

Though meal planning and shopping lists requires a bit of prior time and planning, they help keep you on track in choosing healthy options and reaching your weight loss goals. Meal planning allows for support from family or roommates; this puts you in the driver’s seat and in control of your meal choices.
