Best holiday songs for your workout

| 1 min read

If your Christmas season is as busy as mine you probably need a strategy to stay active and healthy. This holiday season I have a family or friend holiday party every day from December 22nd to December 26th and that does not even include New Years! I usually try to portion control, but I also like to get in some exercise. Below I have a list of some upbeat holiday songs that make the workout much more festive and fun:
  1. All I Want For Christmas Is You- Mariah Carey
  1. Sleigh Ride – The Ronettes
  1. Last Christmas – Cascada
  1. Santa Clause is Coming to Town – Bruce Springsteen
  1. The Little St. Nick – The Beach Boys
  1. Carol of the Bells – Trans-Siberian Orchestra
  1. Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree – Chicago
  1. Santa Claus is Coming to Town – Jackson Five
  1. Step Into Christmas – Elton John
  1. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays -Nsync
Do you have any secrets to staying healthy during the holdays? What are your favorite upbeat holiday songs?
