I am not a runner and never have been. So this NET Fit Club 5K training is also a very big challenge for me. It is the first week and I am doing the Couch to 5K training. The first time I ran was on a treadmill and that was difficult, but not as difficult as running outside today. I don’t know what it is about outside running but it was rough this morning. I will keep at it though.
Running is something I have always wanted to do. It is such an easy way to exercise. You just need a good pair of shoes. Come and join me and AJ Health Coach on this journey.
