This got me thinking about life and doing what you love. Obviously, it does not have to be at such a large scale. However, the peace and joy it could bring to your life if you do incorporate something you love to do, could be life altering.
What do you love to do? I personally love dancing and music. I took dance classes beginning at the young age of three and in the last year have lost touch with it. My plan is to bring it back into my life, even it is a weekly Zumba class. My other plan is to try and get my husband to take ballroom dancing classes with me. This will also keep me active in a fun way, so that is just an added bonus. :o)
What do you love to do? How can you bring it back into your life? Is it playing soccer or reading for fun? What about cooking or knitting or swimming? Find it and do it again and find the happier you. In the end the happier you is a healthier and more productive person. I can’t wait to hear your stories.
