Work Out Wednesday – Gluteus (Not-So) Maximus

We all have one.  Yes we do.  A tush, bootie, bum, rump, butt, gluteus maximus, rear end, whatever you want to call it.  With that being said, who doesn’t want a perkier, firmer and more toned backside?  I do.  I do.  I do!  And I am guessing you do too.  :o)

Here are 10 exercises that will help you firm up, tone up and look great in a pair of jeans or your short shorts or anything. ;o)

  1. Squats
  2. Lunges
  3. Step-Ups
  4. Hip Extensions
  5. One-Legged Deadlifts
  6. Hiking
  7. Biking
  8. Running
  9. Kickboxing
