So, tell me… did you make sure to get enough sleep last night? I surely hope so as I know you are now focusing on being “a happier & healthier” person. And before I allow too many days to slip by without reminding you of your new beliefs, let me quickly take a moment to freshen your memory: “I will live a healthy lifestyle! I will control what I eat. I will walk each day. I know Jodi believes I can do this… so I’m doing it!”
Jodi lost 162 pounds in 16 months and she’s kept it off for over 10 years. How did she do it? Simply by walking and eating healthier. Now Jodi is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s walking and healthy living advocate.
