WalkyTalk Your Way to Health.

by Jodi Davis on March 25, 2009

So, tell me… did you make sure to get enough sleep last night? I surely hope so as I know you are now focusing on being “a happier & healthier” person. And before I allow too many days to slip by without reminding you of your new beliefs, let me quickly take a moment to freshen your memory: “I will live a healthy lifestyle! I will control what I eat. I will walk each day. I know Jodi believes I can do this… so I’m doing it!”

Jodi Davis

Jodi lost 162 pounds in 16 months and she’s kept it off for over 10 years. How did she do it? Simply by walking and eating healthier. Now Jodi is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s walking and healthy living advocate. If you'd like to request Jodi to come talk about healthy living at your event, fill out her online form.

      Hi There

OK I was just given your Walky Talky website today and I am going to make a committment to get moving. I have been overweight at 180lbs (5’6″) for way to long and I am committed to lose at lease 30 lbs. I hope I can stick with this and am currently trying to get a “Get Fit” group together at work.

      Thanks for your encouragement!

Pam – WELCOME to WalkyTalk! I love the fact that you are making a committment to GET MOVING… and I just know that you will succeed in losing those 30 pounds, most likely even more! Don’t just ‘hope’ you stick with this, make the statement that “I WILL do this!” and believe in yourself – hey, I believe in you and we haven’t even officially met! Let me know how the “Get Fit” group at your place of employment works out… and if you need any assistance, just send them my way – I’ll “get ‘em going!” Hope to hear from you again soon! Jodi
